We ship with Fedex, UPS or USPS for all products with smaller dimension such as headlights, tail lights, headers, exhausts, etc. . All oversized item will be handled by LTL carrier such as bumpers, carbon fiber hoods, fiberglass hoods, large trunks. Etc.
Shipping insurance: All shipping and handling included delivery or signature confirmation and additional insurance to protect your items in case of damage during shipping.
Shipping to all Po box, US military addresses at overseas locations (APO/FPO): VIA USPS Only (No Over-Size Items).

Megan Racing started out with small auto accessories, such as strut braces, universal exhausts, and aluminum spoilers. During the first few years our affordable pricing and superior quality earned us a solid place in aftermarket performance industry. The quality and performance of our products was further enhanced using customer feedback and testing, as well as track testing on our Megan Racing race cars. Through exceptional marketing and product development more people became aware of our company and products; the demand for a more expanded line was put into action. At the beginning of 2002, as its own name brand, we opened to the public a line of high performance headers, racing test pipes/resonator pipes and stainless steel full cat-back exhaust systems for a variety of cars. In 2003, we developed a more new product line, such as lowering springs, lower control arms and racing seats and then approaching 2004, we made a big jump to another level of high performance parts, and started manufacturing exhaust manifolds, turbo down pipes, intercoolers, and full adjustable coil-over damper kits. In 2005, we exceeded our buildings capacity and moved to new two story warehouse more than doubling our square footage and allowing us for years of future growth.

We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about Return Policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:
- Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- All returned products have a flat Restocking Fee of 25%.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- Original shipping cost will be deducted (For all shipping cost included deals).
- All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
- There are few non-returnable products & services that are listed in section below.
- Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.
Please note: If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, restocking and shipping fees do not apply
Return Procedure
To return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. You may request an RMA using the following methods:
Please let us know which particular item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If you believe you have received the wrong /defective products, please take detail image shots of the product and email to us. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing since in many instances, we have to wait for a manufacturer's response.
Exchange Procedure
There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:
Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference. Restocking will applied.
Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service depart as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.
Non Returnable Products & Services:
The following products cannot be returned/exchanged due to manufacturer's policies or their made-to-order custom features:
- Any item marked or classified as non returnable.
- Electronics related parts.
- Any custom orders or parts.
Refunds & Credits
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges and applicable restocking fees. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
Bodykits4me.com will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. Bodykits4me.com will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product.
